Pacific Super Yacht Promotions
They call themselves " Pacific Super Yacht Promotions (PSYP)," but they could easily be San Diego's yachting "Chamber of Commerce.” PSYP founded YachtFest in 1999 with the idea of creating an exclusive showcase of some of the world’s finest super yachts.
This distinguished group has a serious mission: to showcase San Diego as a base of yacht operations for cruising the Pacific and to make San Diego a significant stop on any big boat's agenda.
Organizers of YachtFest include: .

Richard Bartell is the Owner of seven San Diego hotels, restaurants and marina properties, including the Island Palms Hotel & Shelter Island Marina where Yachtfest is held.
Diane Fraser is President of Fraser Yachts California. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Coast Guard Foundation, the American Yacht Charter Association and the Charter Yacht Brokers Association.
